Orders up to $10.00 and pay only $2.50 shipping
Orders $10.01 or more pay only $3.95 shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail Service unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed. Insurance is extra. Please
contact me
for international order rates.
Payment
You can pay for your order with
PayPal, cash, checks or money orders.
I can accept major credit cards through Paypal.
     
How long will my order take to ship?
All my items are custom created. I do not keep items "in stock". An order can take up to two weeks to create. Please allow for a longer creation time if I am special ordering beads or charms for you. At times, I am able to ship items in only a few days. If you need your item to ship within a few days, please let me know.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar value. I will mail the gift certificate to the person the gift is intended for or to you.
Gift Wrapping
If you would like your order to arrived gift wrapped and all ready for gift giving, this service is available for an additional $1.00 charge per item.
Care
As with any piece of jewelry, try to protect your handmade jewelry from scratches and extreme temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can cause jewelry wire to break. Please store your jewelry away from direct sunlight or frigid temperatures.
Items that have been created using decoupage should not get wet. They may not be washed.
Beaded cross stitch creations are meant for decorative purposes only and may not be washed or ironed.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted for up to thirty days after your item is shipped. Please enclose a copy of your sales slip. No refunds will be given after thirty days. Please
contact me
prior to returning your item to let us know the problem and arrange its return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Your refund will be for the price of the item you return only.
Items that were damaged in shipment will be replaced only if you purchased insurance.

If you will be selling
online, what is your website URL? Please
do not offer Moonlight Creations' products on an auction site. I retain
the right to any and all designs and credit. Please do not claim
them as your own. I
offer a 20% discount on all drop ship orders. This applies to
regular prices and may not be combined with any sale or special. Standard
shipping charges apply of $2.50 for orders $10.00 and less and $3.95 for
orders greater than $10.00. Orders
must be emailed
directly to me. Our shopping cart is not set up to handle the drop
ship discount. Most
orders will ship within 2-3 days however orders that require special
personalization may take up to two weeks. My
products are shipped with a Moonlight Creations Jewelry & Gifts
business card. Postal regulations require that my name and address
be on the return address label. If you would like me to enclose your
business information with your drop ship orders, please let me know and
send me any information you would like me to include. Moonlight
Creations Jewelry & Gifts reserves the right to discontinue a drop
ship relationship that does not follow these rules.

postage and delivery confirmation in the United States will be charged. Orders
must be emailed
directly to me. Our shopping cart is not set up to handle the
wholesale discount. Most
orders will ship within one week however shipment time will depend on
order quantity, complexity of the item ordered and the time of year. My
products are labeled with Moonlight Creations Jewelry & Gifts
information. Please email
me for other options. Moonlight
Creations Jewelry & Gifts reserves the right to discontinue a
wholesale relationship that does not follow these rules.
